Have data but all balloons are red (bad data) in BoC?
You probably have a Validator that is warning you. Under Settings and Validator, click to show Any Requirements.
Set the wrong tolerances and then ran IDA™?

After you use IDA™ for auto ballooning, you can then select the group of balloons on the drawing panel and then then right click to convert to your preferred sequence, such as clockwise, counterclockwise, etc.

Select all dimensions expressed in Metric or Inches in the Bill of Characteristics and then right click to convert to the preferred UOM.
